This Privacy Policy (or “Policy”) covers the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information that may be collected by End 2 End, LLC dba End 2 End Technologies (“End 2 End” or “we” or “us” herein) anytime you interact with End 2 End, such as when you visit our website, inquire or apply for employment, or purchase or inquire about End 2 End products and services or when you call our sales or support associates.

This Policy details how data about you is used when you access or use End 2 End’s website or its products and services, or otherwise interact with us. If we update this Policy with material changes we will let you know by revising the Update date above in the title heading or by obtaining your consent as required by law.

  1. What we Collect: Statement of Information
    1. Job Applicants
    2. The personal data we collect from individuals is information they voluntarily provide us. This primarily includes and is used (or not used) as follows:
      i. Personal information provided by respondents to job postings and / or job applicants (walk-ins and / or at a Career Fair event)
      ii. Job postings may be posted to End 2 End’s website, Facebook, Linked In Pages, and / or via job posting sites such as Career Builder, Jobing, Zip Recruiter, Craigslist, etc, each posting redirects individuals to either:
      1.Complete our electronic application (hosted by FormStack, encrypted / secure)
      2. To remit a resume to our careers@e2etec.com email address
      3. To submit a resume via the method for the source, such as in the case of CareerBuilder, for example, where an applicant can submit to respond to a posting with their information.
      iii. The personal information we collect for recruiting purposes is used for End 2 End by End 2 End, and is never sold to any third parties; HOWEVER, if the individual moves from applicant to pre-hire phase, personal information is shared for the purposes of background screening; the candidate does sign an authorization form for the background screening.

    3. Customers.
    4. The personal data we collect from customers is personal information voluntarily provided by individuals or businesses inquiring about our services.
      i. Individuals and individuals representing businesses may contact us online via our Contact Us email form (hosted through FormStack, secure and encrypted), or via the Company’s social media pages, or direct via email to an email group, such as sales@e2etec.com or customer.service@e2etec.comii. This information is used by End 2 End only, never sold or shared with third parties, and is used for marketing purposes by End 2 End, promoting End 2 End only. iii. For information, End 2 End does not presently engage in marketing activities such as email blasts, though has done so over the course of time (though very limited in nature). iv. The business contact information might be shared in the case that a potential customer converts to a sale (actual customer), and requests certificate of insurance from the Company, in which case we would provide the customer’s information to our carrier for the production of an insurance certificate. v. This is also true if a wireless or cable services (voice, video, or data services) subscriber, requests a certificate of insurance for End 2 End; they are not our direct customer, but we would share their information for the purposes of securing the certificate with their contact listed as additionally insured (on the certificate).

  1. 2. Protecting Your Privacy.

    We maintain the privacy of your information using security technologies and adhere to policies that prevent unauthorized use of your personal information.
    a. We take precautions to prevent unauthorized access to or misuse of data about you.
    b. We do not run ads, e.g. email blasts. If this changes, we will update this Policy.
    c. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
    d. We do not engage in cross-marketing or link-referral programs.
    e. We do not send you unsolicited communications for marketing purposes.
    f. We do not engage in affiliate marketing (and prohibit it on End 2 End).
    g. We do provide email proxy & relay services to reduce unwanted email.
    h. Please review privacy policies of any third-party sites linked to from End 2 End’s site. While we make every effort to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-party “hackers” from illegally obtaining your personal information.

  1. 3. Integrity of Your Personal Information.

    Data we use to provide/improve our services and/or combat fraud/abuse are as follows:
    a. Data you post on or send via End 2 End, and/or send us directly or via other sites.
    b. Credit card data, which is transmitted to payment processors via a security protocol (e.g. SSL).
    c. Data you submit or provide (e.g. name, address, email, phone, fax, photos, tax ID).
    d. Web log data (e.g. web pages viewed, access times, IP address, HTTP headers).
    e. Data collected via cookies (e.g. search data and "favorites" lists).
    f. Data about your device(s) (e.g. screen size, DOM local storage, plugins).
    g. Data from 3rd parties (e.g. phone type, geo-location via IP address).

  1. 4. Retained Data.

    a. We retain data as needed for our business purposes and/or as required by law.
    b. We make good faith efforts to store data securely, but can make no guarantees.
    c. You may access and update certain data about you via your account login.

  1. 5. Data Which May Be Disclosed. Circumstances in which we may disclose user data are:

    a. In the case that a potential customer converts to a sale (actual customer), and requests certificate of insurance from the Company, in which case we would provide the customer’s information to our carrier for the production of an insurance certificate.b. If a subscriber of services provided by a cable system operator for which End 2 End is an approved field service vendor, requests a certificate of insurance for End 2 End; they are not our direct customer, but we would share their information for the purposes of securing the certificate with their contact listed as additional insured (on the certificate). c. To vendors and service providers (e.g. payment processors) working on our behalf. d. To respond to subpoenas, search warrants, court orders, or other legal process. e. To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of users of End 2 End or the general public. f. With your consent (e.g. if you authorize us to share data with other users). g. In connection with a merger, bankruptcy, or sale/transfer of assets. h. In aggregate/summary form, where it cannot reasonably be used to identify you. i. International Users - By accessing End 2 End or providing us data, you agree we may use and disclose data we collect as described here or as communicated to you, transmit it outside your resident jurisdiction, and store it on servers in the United States.

  1. 6. Access to Personal Information and End 2 End’s Privacy Policy.

    a. With reasonable, advance notice, you may access or End 2 End will furnish any information it has about you. This information is the information you provided and is only passively received and not actively sought or captured by End 2 End. b. This Privacy Policy is available by request and will be sent to you via email or hard copy.

  1. 7. Privacy of Children.

    YOU MUST BE EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OR OLDER TO ACCESS THE End 2 End WEBSITE. IF YOU ARE UNDER EIGHTEEN YEARS OF AGE, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO ACCESS THE End 2 End WEBSITE FOR ANY REASON.
    If you are under 18, you may use this website only through your parent or guardian and you are not permitted to or purchase other products and services from this website, unless such purchase is made through an adult.

    The terms and conditions in this policy statement came into effect on April 2, 2008 and were most recently modified on the above date. End 2 End reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this policy at any time and in any manner. When we change the policy in a material way a notice will be posted on our website along with the updated privacy policy. Your use of our website and any other services provided by End 2 End after such changes are implemented constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of these changes. Please consult this privacy statement prior to every use for any changes.

    California law requires that we provide you with a summary of your privacy rights under the California Online Privacy Protection Act (“California Act”) and the California Business and Professions Code. As required by the California Act, this privacy policy identifies the categories of personally identifiable information that we collect through our website about individual consumers who use or visit our website and the categories of third-party persons or entities with whom such personally identifiable information may be shared.

    Depending on the visitor's activity at our website, certain “personally identifiable information” (as that term is defined in the California Act) may be collected, in addition to information set forth in other sections of this document. For purposes of the California Act, the term “personally identifiable information” means individually identifiable information about an individual consumer collected online by us from an individual and maintained by us in an accessible form, and may include any of the following:

  1. 12. California Shine the Light Law (SB 27) Compliance Statement.

    Under California S.B. 27 (“Shine the Light” Law), California residents have the right under certain circumstances to receive, once a year, information about third parties with whom we have shared information about you or your family for their marketing purposes during the previous calendar year, and a description of the categories of personal information shared. To make such a request, please send an email to customer.service@e2etec.com, please include the phrase “California Privacy Request” in the subject line, the domain name of the website you are inquiring about, along with your name, address and email address. We will respond to you within thirty (30) days of receiving such a request.
